IDE Vice President, Steve Jack, applauded the successes saying that he hoped that he hoped they would achieve Full Membership in two years time.

Steve Jack attended the 39^th Annual NDA Convention held at the beginning of March in San Antonio. The convention was spread over 3 days and included presentations, primarily from the US but there were two from Europe, plus a large exhibition which can be seen in the photo.

Steve reported that the convention was very interesting, but a little laid back compared to most held in England. However he made some interesting contacts and spread the word about the Institute to as many delegates as he could. “ It was interesting to hear the American point of view  and see their processes at first hand, but my opinion was that in some areas they are a long way behind our standards which we set in the UK.”

Steve has been asked by the NDA put his name forward to be considered to join their Board of Directors when he becomes President in 2013.
